چکیده
The goal of this study was to assess the effects Hematopoietic Progenitor Cells (HSCs) on full-thickness cutaneous wounds healing in rabbits. Twenty clinically healthy adult New Zealand White rabbits were used study; under aseptic technique and general anesthesia excisional wound; 20 mm x made back. randomly partitioned into two. In first group (control group), treated with 3ml saline solution. second (Hematopoietic Cells- group); 5x106 Cells). result molecular evaluation along interval following-up recorded a significant differences (P<0.05) level Fibroblasts Growth Factor (FGF) Vascular Endothelial (VEGF) at 7, 14 35 day post-surgical operation group) compare than control group. These outcomes parallel finding clinical histopathological assessment showed that reduces inflammation promotes epithelialization during 3th weeks increased vasculature those untreated wounds. This confirms local implantation leads enhance develop wound rabbit model.

متن کاملEffects of flunixin meglumine on experimental tendon wound healing: A histopathological and mechanical study in rabbits
Tendons are frequently targets of injury in sports and work. Whether nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) have beneficial effects on tendon healing is still a matter of debate. This study was conducted to evaluate effects of flunixin meglumine (FM) on tendon healing after experimentally induced acute trauma. Twenty eight adult male New Zealand White rabbits were subjected to complete t...
